Ideal Candidates Will Have:

Experience in the IT sector

Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, or equivalent experience

Intense attention to detail—accuracy is our foundation

Strong technical problem-solving and SQL knowledge

Solid work ethic and professionalism

Clear communication skills and ability to multitask

Telecommunications experience (a plus)
Responsibilities Include:

Performing technical support for clients

Running billing cycles and tax reports

Monitoring program execution and auditing customer data

Assisting with system testing

Processing daily call records

Updating and maintaining the knowledgebase
