In light of the recent developments of the Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) Sandy Beaches Software has implemented an action plan to keep our employees safe and healthy so that they can continue to provide the top-notch customer service that you and your team members have come to expect.
• We are closely monitoring the situation in our area and keeping employees apprised of the latest recommendations from the CDC and WHO, while updating our procedures as needed in a timely fashion.
• We’ve implemented mandatory hygiene measures for our employees.
• We are disinfecting door handles, sinks, and break rooms multiple times throughout the day.
• We are disinfecting employee work spaces daily. All work spaces are now 10′ apart or more.
• Our employees have been provided tools that allow them to work remotely including access to their office phone and computers, and they all have been given the option to work from home.
• Employees have been informed of the symptoms and signs of the virus, and will be working remotely, if they, or anyone in their family, shows signs of the virus. Emails and phone numbers will remain the same.
• We are working to ensure that anyone who enters our suite follows our hygiene protocol. We also have our own locked private entrance, so that we can control who enters our offices.
The vendors who provide inserting and mailing services have implemented similar protocols. We have contingency plans in place, if any of our vendors are unable to fulfill their obligations.
