Operations Team Member

This is an opportunity to work in a team environment with enthusiastic and knowledgeable professionals who provide accurate and timely billing for growing telecommunications companies. As an operations staff member, you provide core services to our clients, build our image within the industry, and play an important role in the continued success of our company. Experience in a similar IT setting and/or a Degree in MIS or Computer Science preferred. Rapid advancement to middle management is a strong possibility for the right individual. Candidates should possess:

- Technical problem-solving skill set
- Relational database knowledge (SQL)
- Telecommunications experience a plus
Other knowledge that would be a plus
- MS-SQL Server querying
- AWS, Other basic network knowledge
Responsibilities Include:
- Performing technical support for clients
- Running billing cycles and tax reports
- Monitoring program execution
- Auditing customer data
- Assisting with system testing
- Processing daily call records
